Researchers Radu Godina and Ângela Neves, members of UNIDEMI, contributed to the preparation of report D1.3, specifically in Chapter 5 of the document. This report represents an important milestone in the development of knowledge about Industrial Symbiosis in Europe.
The COST LIAISE project (CA22110), funded in 2023, aims to ensure an inclusive and holistic approach to Industrial Symbiosis, generating relevant synergies between different stakeholders and establishing the foundations for robust knowledge development in this area.
The report was published by the Technological Center for Furniture and Wood of the Region of Murcia (CETEM), Spain, under the responsibility of Almudena Muñoz Puche. The main editors were Aleksandar Erceg, Ph.D., from Josip Juraj Strossmayer University of Osijek, Croatia, and Pawel Krzeminski, Ph.D., from the Norwegian Institute for Water Research (NIVA), Oslo, Norway.
Complementarily, the researchers also participated in the D1.1 report, the state-of-the-art report on Industrial Symbiosis topic and its different sub-areas (settling the basis for further improvements and their introduction in the industry).
