EASN is a European association that fosters collaboration among universities, research centres, and industry in the fields of aeronautics and space. As National Contact Point, Teresa Morgado will help strengthen the connection between the Portuguese scientific community and EASN, promoting national participation in the network’s initiatives and collaborative opportunities.
Teresa Morgado is an Associate Professor at the Department of Mechanical Engineering of the Instituto Superior de Engenharia de Lisboa (ISEL) and an integrated researcher at UNIDEMI. Her research focuses on fracture mechanics, structural integrity, manufacturing processes and maintenance management.
This appointment recognises her scientific achievements and further strengthens UNIDEMI’s presence within the European aerospace research community.
