We are pleased to announce that Doctor Helena Navas has recently been elected Vice-Coordinator of RIQUAL – the Quality Researchers Network. This election is a recognition of her academic and professional trajectory in the fields of Quality, Innovation, and Continuous Improvement, as well as her active contribution to the promotion of collaborative research in this domain.
Helena Navas represents the UNIDEMI on RIQUAL’s Coordinating Committee, strengthening the connection between investigation and best practices in quality management. She is a Lean Leader and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt in Manufacturing, and she also represents the Portuguese Association for Quality (APQ) and NOVA FCT/UNIDEMI on several Technical Standardization Committees, particularly in the areas of Innovation and Project Management. Additionally, she is a member of the Scientific Council of the Portuguese Society of Metrology (SPMet).
