Alexandra Tenera currently works at Nova University of Lisbon on Faculty of Sciences and Technology. Alexandra is a researcher from the System Engineering and Management (SEM) research group at the Development Unit for Mechanical and Industrial Engineering (UNIDEMI). Alexandra’s main research topics are: Project, Program and Portfolio Management, Organizational Risk and Integrated TLS (Theory of constraints, Lean Six Sigma) System Management, for organizational continuous improvement support on Innovation and New Product Development.
