23.10.2025

Aneesh Zutshi, researcher at UNIDEMI, has been invited by Tbilisi State Medical University to deliver a Keynote Lecture at the International Conference on Medical Education (ICME), which will take place in Tbilisi, Georgia, on 30–31 October 2025.

The lecture, entitled “AI Beyond the Hype: Entrepreneurship and Digital Transformation in Medical Education”, will address the entrepreneurial challenges and opportunities that Artificial Intelligence (AI) presents for medical and healthcare applications.

During his talk, Dr. Zutshi will highlight the various areas where Machine Learning, Image Processing, and Generative AI are transforming the healthcare sector, while also presenting a vision for the future of emerging technologies in digital medicine.

Key topics will include the integration of multiple data sources — from biomarkers, wearable devices, and IoT technologies — with AI-based intelligent agents in the development of personal health assistants.

Our researcher will also discuss how the combination of AI, gamification, and virtual interfaces can help users optimise nutrition, metabolic health, and lifestyle, representing a new paradigm for disease prevention and integrative healthcare.
