
The 3D Printing Center for Health was featured by DELTA in the article, “Coração Delta: 20 Years, 20 Stories – More Than Just an Association, a Collection of Lives Transformed Over Two Decades of Stories and Impact.”
The 3D Printing Center for Health is an association founded in 2022 by professors and researchers from the LIBPhys and UNIDEMI research centers, in partnership with FCT Fablab. This initiative focuses on creating customized medical devices using 3D printing and providing them free of charge to those in need. In less than two years, the 3D Printing Center for Health has produced 82 devices, benefiting 79 patients and nine healthcare facilities.
