Large teaching experience covering topics such as Quality Management, Statistical Process Control, Service Quality, Lean Services, Marketing, etc. Participation in several European Projects in the field of Quality Engineering. Supervision of several theses. Regular speaker in seminars and congresses focusing Quality issues, notably those connected to Service Quality.
