What it is


Knowledge Management focuses on the processes and the people involved in creating, sharing and leveraging knowledge to support the achievement of strategic business objectives.


Services provided:




-       Theoretical: Knowledge Management points towards the need for a better understand-ding of the underlying framework of issues and potential research topics. Whether framed in terms of a process and its context or in terms of market efficiency and effectiveness, KM offers fertile avenues for research.

-       Empirical: The research agenda should be closely tied to practical issues (case studies, interviewees, surveys and focus group).



-       Courses in Universities and Business Schools; Implementation of KM systems in private and public organizations.



-       Banking industry.
